  4. I love your videos, they have really helpful – thanks a lot :)
    I would however like you to mention the sizes of your weights in all your videos if you deem that fit; I know we must choose weights according to our fitness level but I think it would be helpful to know a good standard to go below or above from. For instance, I use 4Kgs normally; when you say choose lighter weights I get confused whether I should go for 3 kg or 2kg or 1kg. If I could compare to how many kgs lower you went from your other workouts it would be easier for me to decide for myself. Thanks in advance =)

    By the end of the year , i will only be looking like shit ! ᕕ( ՞ ᗜ ՞ )ᕗ and that is my realistic goal !

    This was great guys… I was looking for a weighted ab routine and you posted one right on time great minds think alike Lol!!! it burned like crazy I modified a few of the moves but will not stop until I make it through the entire workout doing the advanced version. Thanks for all you do.

    I really like your format, the quick, seem less preview is such a great feature. This is an excellent abs/CORE workout. Thanks for leveling up and offering modifications. Now if only you would include a quick/stretch cool down at the end! The teacher in me believes including one shows its relevance as part of any workout…best to lead by example! Thank you for this.
