  2. First time I did this was maybe 1.5 months ago, I had to pause three times and felt like I was going to faint, no joke! I had no idea I was in such terrible shape. I did it more or less on my own a few times a week since and today I was able to get through the whole thing without rest, and I even have enough energy left to type this comment!

    So yes, it does work!

    will doing these arm exercises make my shoulders gain muscle and look more broader? (my shoulders are already unattractively broad and i don't want to make them appear even wider!)

  16. I've never worked my arms before, usually I just do abs and legs but man it feels good after a good arm workout

    I've been doing this for a week once a day and I have to say that this is so good! my arms look way more toned than a week before. And I can start to see muscle. However, my arms didnt get slimmer, just more toned and more muscle. I will post my progress again the next week!
