WORKOUT:

-Neutral Grip Dumbbell OHP 3 sets x 15 reps
-One Arm Lat Pulldown 3 sets x 15 reps
Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

-Flat Dumbbell Press: 2 sets x 15 reps
-Dumbbell Bent Over Row: 2 sets x 15 reps
-Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 2 sets x 15 reps
Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

-Dumbbell French Press: 2 sets x 10 reps
-Single Arm Cable Extension: 2 sets x 10 reps
Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

Kneeled Cable Bicep Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
Cable Drag Curl: 3 sets x 10 reps
Do one set after the other. Take a 30-60 sec rest. Repeat!

  3. Oooh, I've been looking for ways to improve my upper body work outs bc I always feel like I could do more, so I should try this isolation technique. Quick suggestion! Do you think you could label the footage of you doing the workouts with the name of the workout? I want to watch this at the gym but w/o audio and I think that would be helpful for me.   9. I always do regular lat pull downs and never feel it. Don't know why I even bother lol I'm definitely gunna try the isolated version 🙂

    I don't even know who came up with the idea that they had to be insecure about something like hip dips….
    Everyone who's a human should have them. It's just the wider your hips are the less room you have between your pelvis and femur so you don't have that "dip". Come on people. It's natural.

    Some people just carry fat in that area which avoids the hip dip look but I actually don't know why people are insecure about it. I want to grow my quads which would essentially accentuate my dips more…But I actually love the look of it…

    Hip dips should just stop being mentioned completely. I didn't know they were a concern until all this instagram/youtube talk about them. Now I've started to notice them…….

I love that you're telling girls to embrace their own form and not set themselves up to what society deems is "beautiful" at that point in time – I didn't even know hip dips was a thing till recently on Insta.
