    I tried :( I landed bad on the super mario jumps and twisted my ankle. so I'm just going to skip today's workout now. I don't think I'll try this one again. sprained ankle is no fun. It's only my second time trying a hiit workout so maybe I'm trying too much at once. im 26 weigh 174 and a little bit overweight overweight but I had a weird ankle and usually always wore a splint in highschool when running track so it's not your fault I just can't do this workout. :( sadly
