    To make the flutter kicks and leg drops a little more difficult don't put your hands underneath yourself. Instead put them behind your head.

  29. Been doing this for 3 days everyday, along with the tiny waist video by vicky and i swear I've seen results! (Not that i didn't workout before this, before i did the abs work out in The PsycheTruth by Sanela, which helped me lower my belly size) And this is the only one that helped me with my lower belly fat!! I swear you'll see results. You have to combine it with good eating and you will se the change!
