    just did this kettle bell workout for the first time, and I loved it. dripping with sweat. Claudia that was a brilliant tip on the warm up of putting your arm up to keep balance. For the first time ever I didn't fall over or wobble! Great video both, thank you x

    I did have one small issue in the workout at 16 mins( I think we snatch / pull over the kettlbell?)

    Coach- is this workout sufficient for the day :) if I'm aiming to lose weight!

    do you have any advice for someone who gets sharp knee pains with lunges? squats are fine but any time I do a lunge on either leg i get pain. I've tried reverse lunges and forward lunges and both kill me. i dont have any issue with any other movement.
