    if I'm doing less weight than you, should i be doing more reps? ive been able to work up to about double the weights I usually do following your sets/reps pattern but I'm not sure if I should still increase reps until im at the same weight!

    Loved this workout! Just be careful when drinking BCAA's throughout the day if you're not being active as excess BCAA's are stored as fat

Did this workout with dropsets for shoulders and increased weight each set for tris and added in squatted bicep curls and cable pulldowns to hit abs at the end and Im feeling incredible got a great pump in the shoulders and dont feel over worked ๐Ÿ‘ŒLooking forward to the next one, Thanks Tammy ๐Ÿ˜˜
