This is a Mass Building workout or Toning workout depending on the reps.
I have NO CLUE why I kept saying endurance. I guess thats what happens when you film at 5 am.
Make sure your weight is heavy enough to cause a good pump and create a good burn in those muscles.
• This is a reps based workout so there is no time limit per exercise
• Total workout time is 27:05
• 10 exercise movements
• Exercises are performed in pairs
• Each pair of exercises are performed twice in a row before moving
to the next.
