  2. I left my heavy dumbbells from moving so all I brought was the thickest band now like resistant bands better to be honest il be purchasing more bands he he

  3. thank you I'm into working out and fitness and love to sweat this had me almost dropping sweat I normally use hand weights but these aren't as forcing as the dumbbells which I like these will get you there too Iike resistant bands now better than dumbells

    i use wrist and ankele weights and this work out routine with medium band is working well so far- i am rather new to the band …but been doing a lot of ther stuff

  9. She goes way too fast. Slow and controlled is more effective. Also the commentary is ridiculous and the scenery is cheesy.
